CIECO invited a distinguished lecturer from overseas and the 4th technical seminar on carbonate reservoir was held from 15th to 19th May. This time, the heated arguments developed with 2 trainees from Oman and 3 participants from Irkutsk Oil Company which is one of our project partners over a period of 5 days.
