ITOCHU Oil Exploration (Azerbaijan) Inc., has agreed to extend the Production Sharing Agreement (“PSA”) for the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (“ACG”) field with the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (“SOCAR”).
